Vineyard: Single vineyard planted in 1999, planted on 2.0 × 1.0 m espaliers ("à la Bourguignonne") with simple Guyot pruning. Cultivated without herbicides or chemical fungicides. Southwest-facing, with an approximately 5% slope at 600 m above sea level.
Soils: Clayey-loamy soils with 20–25% clay content

Climate: Temperate Atlantic climate with continental influence, ideal for the Godello grape variety and the development of complex aromas and balanced acidity
Vinification: Hand-harvested in small 15-kg crates, careful selection. De-stemming and gentle pressing in a pneumatic press. Spontaneous, natural fermentation in new and semi-new 228-l and 500-l French oak and acacia barrels.
Maturation: 12 months aging on the fine lees with regular batonnage in the same barrels
