Finca Cortezada 2011 presents a bright straw yellow color with delicate golden highlights that emphasize its ripeness and elegance. On the nose, a multifaceted bouquet of yellow fruits such as mirabelle plum and quince unfolds, paired with floral notes of chamomile and a hint of dried herbs. Mineral hints of wet stone and a subtle hint of honey provide additional depth.
On the palate, the 2011 vintage displays a harmonious balance between freshness and complexity. The lively acidity of the Treixadura lends structure to the wine, while the Godello provides a soft, creamy texture. The Albariño grape adds a subtle salinity and delicate fruitiness, which characterize the long, lingering finish. The mineral notes of the terroir are clearly expressed, lending the wine an elegant character.
An incredibly well-aged white wine that pairs perfectly with grilled fish, scallops, or mature goat cheese.
