Al Pie del Cañón 2022 displays a bright ruby red with clear reflections in the glass. On the nose, it impresses with the distinctive character of the native Caíño grape variety: smoky notes, licorice, and subtle mineral hints that underscore the authenticity of the variety.
On the palate, the 2022 vintage is lively and fresh, with a characteristic, well-integrated acidity that lends the wine structure and refinement. Aromas of licorice, spice, and subtle mineral nuances linger, while the finish is long and harmonious, with a clear expression of the terroir.
Al Pie del Cañón 2022 is a wine with exceptional personality, capturing the essence of the Sil Canyons for which it is named. Ideally served at 17°C, it pairs perfectly with grilled fish, mushroom dishes, or aged cheeses. A wine that masterfully combines tradition and terroir expression.
