Finca Cortezada 2012 presents a shimmering straw yellow with golden highlights that underscore its ripeness and depth. On the nose, a rich and elegant aroma of ripe stone fruits such as apricot and peach unfolds, complemented by delicate floral nuances of white blossoms. Mineral notes of flint and a subtle hint of honey and herbs add further complexity to the wine.
On the palate, the 2012 vintage is superbly balanced, with pleasant freshness and a smooth, full texture. The Treixadura lends structure and vibrancy to the wine, while the Godello provides depth and richness. The Albariño grape complements the composition with a subtle salinity and vibrant fruit, which characterize the long and elegant finish.
A sophisticated and complex white wine, ideal with fine fish dishes, seafood, or creamy pasta dishes. Finca Cortezada 2012 perfectly showcases the aging potential of white wines from the Ribeira Sacra.
