Vinification: Gentle whole-bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit integrity
Maturation: Storage on the fine lees for soft texture and aromatic depth, no wooden barrel maturation
Alcohol content: Approx. 11.5% vol
Tasting note: Light copper with orange reflections; aromas of melon, rhubarb, juniper and a hint of honey; mineral, juicy and elegant on the palate with a fine finish
