Maturation: Six months in stainless steel tanks without lees, followed by bottle aging
Alcohol content: approx. 13.5% vol
Tasting note: Clear straw yellow with a vibrant sheen. On the nose, intense fruity notes of ripe apricot, pear, and passion fruit are complemented by subtle floral and mineral nuances. On the palate, it's harmoniously balanced with fresh acidity, elegant fruitiness, and a slightly bitter-salty finish, typical of the structure of Treixadura and the mineral depth of the terroir.
Food recommendation: Recommended with grilled fish, seafood, mild cheeses and light rice dishes – also serve as an elegant aperitif at 9–12°C.
