Origin: Ribeiro, vineyards of Gomariz (without DO)

Vineyard: Selected plots on terraces and gentle slopes, sustainably managed without chemical toxins. Planting density between 5,000 and 7,200 vines per hectare.

Soils: granite sand, clay and slate

Climate: A vintage with cool and humid periods in the spring, followed by a warm, moderate summer. Thanks to ample water reserves, the vines were able to ripen healthily. Precise canopy management and careful hand-picking resulted in balanced, fresh, and elegant white wines.

Vinification: Hand-harvested into 18 kg crates, rigorous selection in the vineyard and at the sorting table. Two weeks of maceration with spontaneous fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation and one year of aging on the fine lees in tanks. Vegan. Bottling on a "blossom day" in August 2024.

Maturation: 12 months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

Tasting note: Deep, golden yellow color. Intense aromas of orange peel, grapefruit, quince, tomato leaf, dill, and other herbs on the nose. Lively on the palate with medium-high acidity, accompanied by notes of nutmeg and hay. A long, fresh, and refreshing finish.

Food pairing: Ideal with fried or grilled fish, seafood, roasted chicken, spicy dishes, mature cheeses and even high-quality burgers.
