Grape variety: Godello – 100%
Year: 2024
Production: approx. 22,000 bottles
Soils: Schist Slate – typical of Ribeira Sacra
Orientation: South – the terraced south-facing areas ensure good sunlight
Climate: Mediterranean with Atlantic influence – hot days and cool nights characterize the vintage
Vinification: destemming and pressing of the grapes, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, without lees aging or oak aging
Maturation: No barrel aging – aging in steel tanks, no contact with wood or yeast storage
Alcohol content: 13% vol
Tasting note: Pale yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, fresh aromas of white fruits such as green apple, pear, and lemon, underscored by notes of freshly cut hay and subtle vegetal accents. Lively on the palate, with clear, balanced acidity, a dense texture, and the typically subtle Godello bitterness on the finish.
Food recommendation: Ideal with seafood, white fish, rice dishes, soft cheeses or as an aromatic aperitif white wine – particularly harmonious with shellfish, crab, lobster and Asian cuisine.
