Tasting note:
Crianza 9 Meses has an intense cherry red color, clear and bright in the glass.
On the nose, floral notes of blue flowers (violets) unfold over a base of ripe red fruit, particularly cherry. The well-integrated oak lends the wine additional complexity with toasted aromas such as brioche, caramel, cocoa, coffee, and toffee.
On the palate, the wine is balanced and lively, with fresh acidity and delicate fruity notes at its core. Gentle roasted aromas , cocoa , and licorice accompany the flavor. The tannins are soft and harmoniously integrated , and the finish is long and elegant.
A versatile Tempranillo that pairs perfectly with grilled red meat, game, lamb chops, and a variety of other dishes. A characterful, approachable wine with depth and enjoyment.
