Almost half of our red wines come from Galicia, and that is deliberate: Mencía and old Galician grapes, cooler and finer than most people expect from Spain. Next to them stand Bobal from Utiel-Requena, Nebbiolo from the Roero and Pinot Noir from Valais. Around 100 red wines from small estates, from CHF 16.
