Vineyard: Calcareous terraces with dry stone walls, Mediterranean herbs and constant sea breeze for optimal ripeness
Soils: Light, permeable limestone-clay soils
Climate: Typical Mediterranean island climate with warm days and cool nights
Vinification: Gentle whole-bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with natural yeasts; unfined and unfiltered
Maturation: Short aging on the fine lees for balanced texture and aromatic depth, without any wooden barrel content
Alcohol content: 12% vol
Tasting note: On the nose, a clear scent of ripe apricots, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a subtle mineral freshness. On the palate, the apricot aromas are carried by lively acidity and a soft, almost creamy texture, making the wine very approachable.
Food recommendation: Ideal with grilled vegetables, lemon risotto, seafood or as a stylish aperitif on warm summer evenings

Since 2018 Robert and Conny have run one of Mallorca's smallest wineries, among dry-stone walls near Felanitx. Only island varieties grow here, such as Callet, Manto Negro and Prensal Blanc.

Conny Koeninger and Robert Schumacher, since 2018. Their winery is near Felanitx in the south-east of Mallorca and is one of the smallest on the island. They put their idea into practice with oenologist Henri Fink and the Weinwert team, by hand from planting to bottling.
