Vinification: Exclusively from indigenous grape varieties grown in the Balsa plot near Casas de Eufemia. Gentle processing and precise fermentation to preserve clear fruit and delicate aromas, followed by 4 months on fine lees to emphasize structure and complexity.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
