Climate: Mediterranean climate with hot days and cool nights, ideal for freshness and fine aroma development

Vinification: Direct pressing (cold pressing), spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts, aging in various vessels such as concrete, wood and ceramic

Maturation: Typically on the fine lees to promote complexity and minerality

Alcohol content: Approx. 14% vol

Tasting note: Delicate rosé with a delicate salmon pink color; aromas of red berries, floral notes of roses, and light herbs on the nose; fresh and juicy on the palate with a fruity core of strawberry, raspberry, fine citrus and herbal spice, supported by an elegant minerality and a medium, harmonious finish

Food pairing: Ideal with seafood, summer salads, light fish or poultry dishes – also wonderful on its own on sunny days
