Production: Exclusively from indigenous Bobal. Very limited production of only 1,600 bottles from old vines with low yields, precisely vinified to preserve the finest expression of the grape.
Origin: DO Utiel-Requena, Spain. Carrascal – a historic vineyard near Casas de Eufemia, characterized by vines with deep roots that have grown for decades.
Soils: Calcareous soils that promote freshness and mineral tension
Orientation: Balanced exposures in a slightly elevated location
Climate: Continental climate with strong day-night differences, which supports aromatic precision and acid structure
Vinification: Gentle processing, precise fermentation to preserve the elegant, fine aromatics of the Bobal, followed by 4 months on fine lees
Alcohol Content: 12.5% vol.
Tasting Notes: A very elegant and fresh Bobal Rosé, shaped by the character of this intense grape variety. Subtle aromas of red berries and floral nuances. On the palate, fresh, balanced, and finely structured, carried by a lively acidity and a clear, refreshing finish.
Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, with tapas, light salads, rice dishes, or simply to enjoy on warm days.
