Tasting note: Deep yellow with golden reflections and lively, persistent perlage. The nose is powerful and expressive with notes of red fruits (blackcurrant, raspberry) as well as fresh hints of eucalyptus and spices. On the palate, juicy and fruit-forward with yellow fruits, finishing with delicate brioche notes.

Food pairing: Ideal as a powerful aperitif and with poultry, veal, mushroom dishes or hearty appetizers.
