Production: a good 1,000 bottles
A Fendant at 11.1 percent with far more texture than the grape is usually credited with. Fruity and easy-drinking, and fresh with it. Instead of a tasting note, the bottle carries a scene: «After a hard day in cold and wind, your survival instinct leads you to the fridge.»
