Grapes: 60 % Grenache, 25 % Cinsault, 10 % Carignan, 5 % Mourvèdre
Origin: AOP Côtes de Provence, Domaine des Trois Filles, La Cadière-d'Azur
Vineyard: Hillside, 90 % trellised, 10 % bush vines, 45 hl/ha
Soils: Clay and limestone (argilo-calcaire)
Winemaking: Hand-picked into small crates, direct pressing, fermented at low temperature
Ageing: In concrete tanks
From the same cellar as the Arlons' Bandol Rosé and made the same way, but with different grapes: 60 % Grenache and only 5 % Mourvèdre, from vines that are almost all trellised. Pale in the glass and very fragrant, fruity on the palate, with grapefruit and other citrus notes.
This is the rosé for the aperitif. With food, try stuffed Provençal vegetables, grilled red mullet or sea bass. As with the Bandol, the estate recommends 12 to 14 °C.

The winery
Audrey, Léonie and Justine Arlon have been making wine in a pink-painted house in Les Lauves since 2013. Their parents used to sell the harvest to the cooperative, until Audrey suggested a domaine of their own.

By the pink house in Les Lauves, a hamlet of La Cadière-d'Azur. In 2013 it was painted pink and named «Trois Filles». Inside the cellar, too, the surfaces are lacquered plum red and pink, and in the logo the dot on the i of «Filles» becomes a flower.
