Climate: Atlantic climate with maritime influences. The 2022 vintage featured a hot, dry summer, cool nights, and an ideal balance of ripeness and freshness, promoting intense aromatics and excellent aging potential.
Vinification: Hand-harvested in perforated crates, selection on the sorting table. Completely destemmed, gentle pressing, and cold clarification. Spontaneous fermentation in 228-liter and 500-liter French oak barrels.
Maturation: 12 months on the fine lees with regular batonnage in the same barrel

Tasting note: Intense yellow with golden reflections, clear and brilliant. The nose is very intense, deep, and complex – ripe white fruits (apricot, Williams pear, vineyard peach), complemented by delicate roasted aromas, spicy notes, and mineral and smoky hints. Powerful and dense on the palate, carried by great freshness and pronounced persistence. A wine with plenty of personality and excellent aging potential.
Food pairing: Excellent with fine fish dishes, seafood, scallops, creamy risottos, as well as poultry and mature soft cheeses. Perfect as a sophisticated accompaniment to fine dining.
