Vinification: Artisanal sweet wine produced using cryoextraction from late-harvested Tardana grapes. Vinified without added sulfites to preserve its natural purity and intensity
Alcohol content: 11% vol.
Tasting notes: Intense yet elegant, with aromas of banana, lychee, honey, and dried nuts. Dense and smooth on the palate, with a beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity, as well as fine, elegant bitter notes in the long finish.
Food pairing: Ideal with desserts, cheese, or as a special conclusion to a meal – or simply on its own as a sweet moment of indulgence
