Vinification: Hand-picked in perforated crates, careful selection at the sorting table. Completely destemmed, gentle pressing with compressed air, pre-clarification at cold temperatures. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation at 12–15°C. Fermentation stopped by tangential filtration at approximately 8–9% alcohol to preserve natural residual sugar. No malolactic fermentation.
Maturation: No extended barrel aging; focus on primary freshness

Tasting note: A naturally sweet wine with vibrant freshness. Green apples and citrus notes on the nose. On the palate, juicy, stimulating, and perfectly balanced between crisp acidity and subtle residual sweetness. A light, sparkling wine that sets new standards in the Albariño world.
