Vineyard: Single vineyard in the Garraf Massif, inspired by Pomerol. Organically farmed, no irrigation, hand-picked. Small plots with very old vines, low yields.
Soils: Very shallow, calcareous clay soils with up to 40% active lime on dolomitic limestone (Triassic/Cretaceous), pH value approx. 8 – typical for the karst region of the Massís del Garraf.

Climate: Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers, low rainfall and cooling influences from the sea.
Vinification: Cold maceration, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation on the skins. Aging for 12 months in new and 1–2 year-old French barriques (225 l), followed by 16 years of bottle aging.
Maturation: 12 months in French oak, 16 years bottle aging
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Tasting Note: Ruby red with garnet reflections. Complex bouquet with notes of plum, ripe strawberry, and blackberry, accompanied by balsamic, mineral, and spicy-toasty notes. On the palate, velvety, structured, and balanced, with fine tannins, vibrant freshness, and a long, intense finish.
Food pairing: Ideal with roasts, game dishes, braised dishes, mature cheeses and chocolate desserts.
