«Bubbles» Sparkling Wine Tasting Box

Six bottle-fermented sparkling wines: Pago de Tharsys and Viña de Eufemia from Utiel-Requena, Can Ràfols dels Caus from the Penedès and Denis Frézier from Champagne. Two are rosé, most have no dosage, and the time on the lees runs from twelve months for the Carrasca Negra to at least five years for the Brut Nature Ceramica.

Our suggestion for an evening: pour Frézier’s Terroir Blanc next to the Brut Nature Ceramica. Both are pure Chardonnay, one from Champagne, one from Requena. Open the Carrasca Negra first, with the aperitif.
