Red vermouth from Sent, spicier than the Bianco, with a round bitter note and some sweetness.
Vermouth · Grisons, Switzerland · 0.7 L
Aldier's Rosso is an aromatised red wine: alpine herbs, spices, wormwood and citrus peel, following the recipe of Carlos Gross from Sent in the Lower Engadine. It is spicier and deeper than the Bianco, with a rounded bitterness and a touch of natural sweetness.
Drink it on ice or lightly chilled, neat. Gian and Nico Gross make it in Sent's old bank, in small batches and in 0.7-litre bottles.
