Viña de Eufemia is located near Casas de Eufemia in the DO Utiel-Requena. The wines are made primarily from old vines of autochthonous varieties — Bobal, Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Tardana — grown on limestone soils.
Viticulture follows regenerative principles, with a restrained approach in the cellar. The wines express origin, calm and character — without effects, without haste.
