Climate: Atlantic climate, which favors slow and even ripening – ideal for the development of freshness, structure, and aromatic complexity.

Vinification: Hand-picked in perforated crates, careful selection on the sorting table. Completely destemmed. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation in 380-liter clay amphorae ("doliola"). Pellicular maceration for 10 months directly in the amphorae.

Tasting note: A fresh and unique "orange wine" with a citrus-driven nose and subtle hints of grapefruit peel. On the palate, it's balanced between fruit, alcohol, and lively acidity, supported by a soft, subtle tannin structure. A distinctive, distinctive wine full of finesse and authenticity.

Food pairing: Perfect with aromatic and spicy dishes, oriental cuisine, tapas, grilled fish, or mature cheese. It's also ideal as a companion to creative vegetarian dishes.
