Climate: Atlantic climate with continental influences – perfect for the balance between aromatic intensity and freshness.

Vinification: Hand-harvested in perforated crates, careful selection on the sorting table. Completely destemmed. Pellicular maceration (15 days) with twice-daily punching down of the skins ("pigeage"). Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Maturation: 6 months on the fine lees with regular batonnage

Tasting note: A distinctive and original "orange wine." Intense aromas of orange peel and exotic fruits on the nose. Dense, fresh, and lively on the palate, with a perceptible tannin structure, mineral depth, and stimulating acidity. A wine full of personality that opens up new sensory horizons.

Food pairing: Perfect with bold flavors such as oriental curries, spicy fish dishes, game birds, or mature cheeses. It also makes an excellent accompaniment to vegetarian dishes.
