Vinification: Hand-harvested in perforated crates, careful selection on the sorting table. Complete destemming, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in open 500-liter barriques with twice-daily punching down of the must. Vertical hydraulic pressing. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Maturation: 12 months in new French oak barrels

Tasting note: A seductive and delicious red wine. Rich aromas of black fruits (blackberries), minerality, ink, and raspberries on the nose. On the palate, lush, round, and powerful, supported by a dense structure and juicy, lively acidity. A pleasure-giving wine with character and depth.
Food pairing: Ideal with grilled meat, lamb chops, game, braised dishes, and mature cheeses. It also pairs perfectly with intense vegetarian or mushroom dishes.
