Palate: Fresh and lively with well-integrated acidity, silky tannins and a mineral finish that reflects the slate and granite soils.
Serving suggestion: Serve at 14–16°C. Pairs perfectly with grilled meat, mushroom dishes, and mature cheeses.
Special features: The grapes come from the family vineyard "Meixeman," one of the winery's oldest plots, with vines over 70 years old. The combination of traditional winemaking methods and the unique terroir of the Ribeira Sacra gives this wine its complexity and elegance.
