No problem, we're always accommodating and happy to help. You can report the affected bottles to us within one year of the purchase date, and we'll credit you with the corresponding amount.
Depending on the type and quantity of wine, we reserve the right to recall the bottles for inspection. Important: The bottles should still be 90% full.
After our customer service review, you will receive a voucher for the value of the bottle in question. This voucher can be redeemed on your next purchase, and it is valid indefinitely.
Would you prefer a replacement delivery? We'd be happy to place a new order for you. Please note that shipping costs will be charged for orders of less than 12 bottles.
