General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. General

The General Terms and Conditions form the basis for a fair and long-term customer relationship. By confirming an order, the customer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions. We make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between uncorkme-now! GmbH, Ribetschi 5, 6405 Immensee (hereinafter referred to as "uncorkme-now!"), and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "customer" or "you"). Deviating agreements must be made in writing. Our offer on www.uncorkme-now.com is aimed exclusively at customers in Switzerland. We do not ship abroad and reserve the right to offer certain wines (e.g., rarities) in limited quantities.

3. Conclusion of contract

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. This simply confirms receipt of the order. A contract is only concluded when we declare acceptance of the order – either by issuing an invoice, confirming it by email, or, at the latest, by shipping the goods. The contract applies only to the items listed in the invoice or confirmation.

4. Protection of minors

uncorkme-now! does not sell alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18. By placing an order on www.uncorkme-now.com , the customer confirms that all information is correct and that they are authorized to purchase alcohol.

5. Availability

Our product range (products, vintages, etc.) changes regularly. Therefore, short-term changes to the product range and vintages may occur. Continuous availability of the items on www.uncorkme-now.com cannot be guaranteed.

6. Prices

All prices quoted are in CHF per bottle, including VAT. This offer is non-binding and based on current inventory. Subject to prior sale. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Maestro, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT or invoice (if offered on the website). The amount is due within 10 days of invoicing. We reserve the right to request an advance payment from new customers.

8. Complaints about defects

Please inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt. After 8 days, the delivery is considered accepted. Any defects must be reported in writing within this period.

9. Warranty

Cork defects can only be replaced up to a maximum of 10% of the original bottlings purchased within 12 months of delivery. Wines not purchased from us are non-refundable. Vintages older than 9 years are sold at the buyer's risk; the buyer bears the risk of defects.

10. Transport damage

If any damage occurs during transport (e.g. loss or damage), the customer must contact the responsible transport company directly to report the damage.

11. Credit reports

The customer authorizes uncorkme-now! to obtain the information necessary to process the order from public authorities or credit agencies. For the purpose of credit checks, personal data will be transmitted to the relevant credit rating agencies and may be stored there.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time without prior notice.
