Origin: DO Bierzo, northwest Spain – Vineyards in the villages of Campo, Molinaseca and San Lorenzo del Bierzo on the slopes of the Aquilianos Mountains

Vineyard: Younger vines (under 20 years old) trained on espaliers, cultivated without herbicides or chemical fungicides.

Soils: Slate and clay soils with mineral character, typical of the higher elevations of Bierzo.

Orientation: Slopes facing south and southeast to ensure optimal sunlight and ripening.

Climate: Atlantic with continental influence – mild temperatures, pronounced day-night amplitudes, and regular rainfall; promotes the freshness and aromatic intensity of the Godello grape.

Vinification: Hand-harvested in 15-kg crates, careful selection, destemming, and gentle pressing in a pneumatic press. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Maturation: 3 months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks to develop complexity and texture.

Alcohol content: approx. 13% vol.

Tasting Note: Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections. Intense aromas of white fruits, citrus notes, flowers, and herbs on the nose. Fresh, juicy, and lively on the palate with harmonious acidity, clear fruit, and a long, aromatic finish.

Food pairing: Excellent with seafood, oysters, sushi, white fish, risotto, or as an elegant aperitif. The expression of a fresh, modern Godello from Bierzo.
