Soils: Light, permeable limestone-clay soils – promote freshness, minerality and delicate expression
Climate: Typical Mediterranean island climate with warm days and cool nights – promotes aromatic complexity and supporting acidity
Vinification: Gentle whole-bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with natural yeasts; no fining or filtration for maximum authenticity
Maturation: Short aging on the fine lees for balanced texture and aromatic depth, without any wooden barrel content
Alcohol content: Approx. 12.5% vol
Tasting note: I On the nose, a clear scent of ripe apricots unfolds, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a subtle mineral freshness. On the palate, the apricot aromas are carried by lively acidity and a soft, almost creamy texture, making the wine very approachable.
Food recommendation: Ideal with grilled vegetables, lemon risotto, seafood or as a stylish aperitif on warm summer evenings
