Vinification : Hand-harvested into 20 kg crates, with selective sorting upon arrival at the winery. 100% destemmed, 5 hours of skin maceration, followed by natural gravity drawing. Fermentation without yeast in French oak barrels.
Aging: 3 months on the fine lees, 6 months in French oak barrels. Gravity racking without pumping, controlled temperatures.
Alcohol content: 12.5%

Vel'uveyra Rosé captivates with its brilliant, intense salmon pink hue. Delicate fruity aromas reminiscent of red berries and citrus fruits unfold on the nose , complemented by a subtle mineral note.
On the palate, the wine is silky and creamy, with a vibrant freshness and intense, citrus-driven minerality. The texture is smooth and elegant, while the finish is fresh, vibrant, and harmonious.
