Vel'uveyra, in Galician "mira la viña", symbolizes the phases of the moon and the color changes of the Godello grape throughout the seasons. In the glass, the wine displays a brilliant straw yellow.
On the nose, deep aromas of citrus, white flowers, and wild herbs unfold, complemented by subtle fruity nuances of stone fruit. On the palate, the wine presents itself creamy and fresh, with a pleasant glycerin texture. The aromas of white stone fruit remain present, accompanied by balanced acidity that lends the wine vibrancy and structure. The finish is long and elegant, with a hint of bitter nuts, characteristic of the Godello grape.
Vel'uveyra Godello 2023 is a balanced and expressive white wine that masterfully represents the diversity and elegance of the Cañones del Sil terroir. Ideal with seafood, mild cheeses, or vegetarian dishes—a wine that harmoniously blends tradition and modernity.
