Tasting note: The Crianza 9 Meses 2023 presents a deep, vibrant cherry red color. The nose is dominated by aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, accompanied by floral notes (violets) and finely integrated roasted aromas. Barrel aging brings elegant hints of brioche, cocoa, caramel, and delicate spices.
On the palate, the 2023 vintage is particularly fresh and lively, with a clear fruit presence and balanced acidity. Delicate roasted notes, licorice, and a hint of coffee underscore its complexity. The tannins are ripe and well-integrated, and the finish is long, harmonious, and elegant.
Food pairing: A characterful yet approachable Tempranillo that pairs perfectly with grilled red meat, game dishes, lamb chops, and many other dishes—a wine full of depth, balance, and drinking pleasure.
