Soils: Limestone and marl soils with chalk influence (argilo-calcaire, craie), which promote freshness, tension and aromatic purity.

Climate: Cool, continental Champagne climate with slow ripening and pronounced freshness; optimal conditions for precise, vibrant Meunier.

Vinification: Gentle pressing of whole grapes; temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel; minimal intervention; followed by 3–4 years of lees aging before disgorgement; Brut Nature without dosage.

Tasting note: Golden yellow color with copper highlights and fine, regular perlage. Expressive nose with fresh stone fruit (peach, apricot), peony , and candied lemon . Remarkably fresh, precise, and aromatically clear on the palate, with a salivating, zesty , and elegantly bitter finish.

Food recommendation: Ideal as an elegant aperitif; goes perfectly with fish appetizers, mussels, sushi, light vegetarian dishes or simply on its own as a fresh, mineral start to the evening.
