Climate: Continental climate with warm days and cool nights, resulting in aromatic precision and a fine tannin structure.
Vinification: Traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25°C for 15 days; complete malolactic fermentation in steel; followed by 24 months of aging in new Allier barriques (100% new wood, medium toast); further bottle aging before release.
Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.
Tasting note: An expressive bouquet of raspberries , red currants , dried roses , and delicate vanilla notes . On the palate, full-bodied, warm, and harmonious, with supple, well-integrated tannins and a long, elegant finish. A powerful, complex Roero Riserva with great potential.
Food pairing: Excellent with braised dishes, meat, game, international cuisine, and medium-aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 18 °C.
