Production: Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel (approx. 18 °C over 15 days); no malolactic aging; completely dry (0.5 g/l residual sugar); bottled young to preserve aromatic precision and freshness.

Origin: Menzione Geografica Bastia , municipality of Vezza d'Alba , Roero, Piedmont (DOCG)

Vineyard: The grapes come from the Bastia region in Vezza d'Alba. The vines grow on coarse-grained sandy and sandstone soils, typical of the Roero region, which allow for a high degree of aromatic clarity and fine minerality. Hand-harvesting and meticulous vineyard work define the quality of the 2024 vintage.

Soils: Coarse-grained sand and sandstone — very well draining and rich in mineral elements; ideal for elegant, clear Arneis wines.

Orientation: Not specified (typically south to southwest facing Roero hillsides)

Climate: Continental microclimate with warm days and cool nights; dry harvest conditions in 2024 promoted aromatic purity, structure and balanced acidity.

Vinification: Gentle pressing; natural sedimentation; 15-day fermentation at 18 °C in stainless steel; no wood and no malolactic fermentation to preserve the varietal freshness, salinity and fine herbal aromas of Arneis.

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.

Tasting note: Bright straw yellow. On the nose, clear, persistent aromas of apricot , apple, and chamomile . On the palate , saline, structured, and balanced , with fine tension, clear fruit, and elegant length. A precise, multi-layered Roero Arneis with finesse and depth.

Food pairing suggestion: Ideal with antipasti, risotto, fish and seafood, pasta with vegetables or as a fresh, elegant aperitif.
