Tasting Note: A red wine with great personality. Complex aromas of very ripe fruit, licorice, and intense white flowers (especially lilies) are evident on the nose. Powerful on the palate, with an elegant tannin structure, supported by a lively, delicate acidity. Gentle decanting is recommended for full enjoyment.
Food pairing: Perfect with game dishes, braised roasts, mushroom risotto, mature hard cheeses, or robust vegetarian dishes. An expressive wine for special occasions.
