Oscar and Tom make wine in Savièse above Sion that has little in common with the Valais standard. Spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered, sulphured once, at bottling. The Fendant sits at 11.1 percent and still has texture. Three wines from the 2024 vintage, the first Swiss estate in our range.

Our wines
